As an RYT 200 certified yoga teacher, Cathy specializes in traditional Vinyasa, blending strength, breath, and intentional flow to help students connect deeply with their bodies. She also leads restorative yoga sessions designed to reset the nervous system and power yoga classes that turn up the heat with optional weights. Whether you’re grounding, flowing, or building strength—she’s got you covered.
Her long list of certifications includes Vinyasa Yoga, Deep, SculptXBands, Buti, Hot Buti, Primal Flow, Vibe & Flow, Strong Nation, Spinning, Pound Rockout Workout, Pound Unplugged, and Generation Pound. Basically, she can teach it all—but yoga is her home base.
Now fully retired from the corporate HR world (but still known to give solid life advice), Cathy is pouring her energy into growing a movement and yoga community that’s welcoming, empowering, and just the right amount of sass—in the best way possible.
